Add optional argument to let the scriptrunner run fully silent. I do not want to bother the user with unnecessary popups.

I'm out of votes, but if I had any left I would vote for this. We absolutely can't use scriptrunner if it isn't silent.
To give MS an idea of impact, I would consider this topic and another topic (https://appv.uservoice.com/forums/280448-microsoft-application-virtualization/suggestions/8460397-handling-scripts-in-app-v-5-0) similar.

You got my vote Roy! The scriptrunner is useless when not silent. We'd like to deliver a clean Windows OS, applications without first run wizards, silent accept EULA questions, and other annoying popups. But our App-V packages with some custom scripts throw some flashing powershell or cmdboxes .. not in my environment!
